Edgar Ehrlich is chairman of the board and co-owner of transhalt AG. Drawing on long-standing experience in investment projects, he develops well-founded, tailored solutions even in complex situations. A focus lies in corporate restructuring.

Dr. Wunderbaldinger is a distinguished entrepreneur from Vienna with a clear focus on real estate, advisory roles, and many years of experience in mergers & acquisitions (M&A). He has successfully founded, led, and sold companies – both in Austria and abroad. As a lawyer (now emeritus), he applied his legal knowledge and skills to handle complex contracts, due diligence, compliance, and risk management. His core competencies are strategic thinking, negotiation skill, networking, and leadership. His mission is to create innovative and sustainable solutions to societal challenges by leveraging synergies between different sectors, industries, and regions. He values diversity, openness, and collaboration, and as an experienced board member with an international network he brings diverse perspectives and experience to the team.

Dr. Hosp accompanies the firm on international investment questions and the assessment of financings and participations — with a perspective built for the long term. As an entrepreneur with his own holdings in real estate, hospitality and services, he also brings the perspective from day-to-day operations.
